Schedules

Trash Pickup: Monday and Thursday mornings, usually quite early. (This changes to Tuesday and Friday after a Monday holiday—Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc.)

Recycling: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month—VERY early. (This changes to Thursday after a Monday holiday—Memorial Day, Labor Day, MLK Day, etc.)

Watering: Each common and patio area watering system is controlled by the Gardening Committee for each courtyard and is dependent upon rainfall and season.

Gardener: Every Thursday morning, one courtyard or the front area is maintained on a rotating schedule. If you need any individual work done in your area by the landscape company, please contact a member of the Garden Committee: Gail @ gailandkaren@gmail.com.

Pest Control: The second Tuesday morning of each month, common areas, service drives, and courtyards are sprayed for insects. Individual patios and garage interiors will be sprayed if you open your garage door and patio gate when the contractor rings your back doorbell. (Interiors are sprayed for an additional fee—see contractor.)

Roof Replacement: About every 25-30 years. Last completed summer, 2018.

Service Drive Repaving: Original installed 1978. New asphalt drive (“down to dirt”) installed September, 2015.

Seal Coat of Service Drives: Seal Coat applied every 3 or 4 years. Seal Coat on the asphalt service drives applied April, 2024.

Painting Outside Surfaces: About every 10-15 years. Last completed September, 2016.
